Cityspan SES simplifies the administrative tasks associated with Supplemental Educational Services. The software maintains your approved list of service providers, capturing detailed information on each agency. The system also facilitates communication to those agencies via a shared login screen. The administrative platform makes it easy to add, remove or transfer students. Administrative reports track a variety of metrics such as student enrollment by school of origin, and participants registered versus attending per program site.
Register Students and Staff
The system guides you through the process of registering SES eligible students and program staff. Student and staff registration forms record basic information, such as address, ID number, emergency contacts and learning or medical conditions. Student registration forms also capture detailed information about goals, evaluation criteria, and the timeframe for goal completion. Cityspan SES may be linked to a school district's student registration system.
Enroll Students and Track Attendance
Once students are registered, you can enroll them in services and track their attendance. Cityspan SES ensures that students are served by only one provider at a time. The software enables SES providers to maintain detailed attendance information for each student, including the staff provider, date and duration of service, and subject matter. Attendance patterns can be analyzed by student, SES provider and school site. Student service history may be tracked over time and across providers.
Automate Billing
Cityspan SES automates billing procedures by standardizing student budgets and the process of budget draw-down. As providers record student attendance, an online invoice updates in real-time to show per student and per provider costs. Billing statements display fees accrued per participant and outstanding balances.
Analyze Outcomes
The software supports outcomes analysis by accepting student assessment information such as grades, scores, surveys and interview data. Student grades and scores may be entered by the user or uploaded via a link to school district records. By matching participation patterns to district information, SES initiatives can evaluate provider success and guide policy and resource investments.
