Phase I: Design
Specialists from Cityspan and your team meet with project stakeholders to identify success factors and agree on how the application should work. We then perform a thorough needs assessment to understand and document your key business requirements so all stakeholders have a clear picture of what we will deliver.
Phase II: Development
Our team configures the database, writes code for forms and reports, and then configures the application’s security scheme. We recommend that your team members work alongside us during this phase to gain a complete understanding of the solution. At the end of this phase, we review the application to confirm that key business objectives have been met.
Phase III: Implementation
We transfer the application to a production server. We also finalize project documentation and provide end-user and support staff training to ensure a smooth transition for system users and administrators.
Phase IV: Support
We host your application and also offer a full suite of additional support services to help you get the most out of your Cityspan solution, including consultation, customization, documentation, and ongoing group or one-on-one training support.
