Cityspan's software team is available to meet your application development needs. To ensure success, we use a process model that combines intensive planning, skilled management and meaningful client involvement.

Design
Projects begin with an inclusive design phase conducted in partnership with your technical team. Together, your specialists and ours meet with solution stakeholders to identify success factors and build consensus on how the application should function. Every element of the user interface, data structure and technical architecture is described. By developing a precise advance picture, the customer knows exactly what we will deliver and that our solution will produce immediate benefits.

Development
During the development phase, our team constructs the database, writes code for forms and reports, and configures the application’s security scheme. Members of your staff are encouraged to work with us to ensure that they have a complete understanding of the solution. The development phase concludes with a review of the application to verify that design objectives have been met.

Implementation
In the implementation phase, the application is transferred to a production server, replication and backup procedures are tested, and final security measures applied. During this phase, our team also finalizes project documentation and provides training for end-users. Our staff can supply group-based and one-to-one training for end-users and support personnel.

Support
Cityspan will host your application or support it remotely. We also provide training and help desk services. Cityspan seeks to maintain long-term client relationships that add value to an information solution.
